The amount of the remuneration can be agreed based upon several criteria:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><strong style=\"font-size: 2em;\">Hourly remuneration<\/strong><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAn hourly rate is the most frequent criteria. The undisputable advance is the clarity \u2013 every month, a client obtains a list of provided legal services with the details of the real amount of time spent.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe hourly rate is arranged individually and with regard to the difficulty of the case. However, in order to have at least an idea about the prices of my services, it can be noted that my <u>indicative hourly rate is in the amount of CZK 2,500 &#8211; 3,500.<\/u>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<!-- \/wp:group -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:group -->\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"fontSize\":\"large\"} -->\r\n<h2 class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Ratio fee (Contingent fee) <\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nV&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech jsem ochoten ujednat odm\u011bnu pod\u00edlovou. The amount of the statutory remuneration depends on the value of the legal service and is governed by the attorney tariff, i.e. the regulation of the Ministry of Justice Nr. 177\/1996 Coll.\r\n\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<!-- \/wp:group -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:heading {\"className\":\"alignwide\",\"fontSize\":\"large\"} -->\r\n<h2 class=\"alignwide has-large-font-size\"><strong>Monthly fee <\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\nThe monthly fee is suitable for clients who need legal services regularly.
